Payments are handled by the MMI office by telephone. Call during office hours and a team member will take your payment and answer any billing question.
Pay by phone
Call 314-394-1660 and let the team know you would like to make a payment. Please have your card and the name the account is under ready.
Questions about a balance
Billing questions go to the same office number. If you reach us outside office hours, leave a message and the team will return your call.
Please do not send card numbers, account numbers or any medical detail through the website form or by email. The Request a Call form asks only for your name, email and phone so the team can reach you.
