How the NAD+ program works
A program timeline, not a results graph. Doses and schedule are prescribed and adjusted by Dr. Ted.
Step 1
Consultation and health review
Meet with Dr. Ted to talk through your goals, health history and current medications. He reviews whether NAD+ therapy is suitable for you before anything is prescribed.
First month
Initial phase
MMi's prescribed schedule is three injections per week. During the first month, the prescribed dose is higher — twice the maintenance dose — and you are shown how to self-administer at home.
Ongoing
Maintenance
After the first month, injections continue three times per week at the maintenance dose, half the initial dose. Dr. Ted adjusts the plan as needed.
Throughout
Follow-up care
Stay connected with Dr. Ted and the MMi team. Follow-up conversations review how you are doing and whether the plan should change or continue.
Injections are self-administered at home after instruction, using the route Dr. Ted prescribes. SubQ is a common choice; IM is also available.
Questions about NAD+ therapy
How do I get started?
Request a call or phone the office. We will schedule a consultation with Dr. Ted, who reviews your goals and health history and decides with you whether NAD+ therapy is a good fit.
How is NAD+ given?
NAD+ is self-administered at home after instruction, using the route Dr. Ted prescribes. Both subcutaneous (SubQ, just under the skin) and intramuscular (IM) injections are supported. SubQ is a common choice; IM is also available.
How often are injections?
MMi's prescribed schedule is three injections per week. The first month uses a higher initial dose; maintenance then continues at half that dose. Dr. Ted may adjust the plan for you. This schedule reflects MMi's clinical protocol, not proof of a specific result.
What does follow-up look like?
Dr. Ted and the MMi team stay in touch as you progress, review how you are doing and adjust or stop the plan when appropriate.
How much does NAD+ therapy cost?
Please contact the office at 314-394-1660 for current NAD+ pricing. The introductory testosterone (TRT) offer does not apply to NAD+ therapy.
Is NAD+ therapy right for me?
Suitability is reviewed individually. Feeling run-down can have many causes — sleep, stress, medications, thyroid, metabolic or other medical conditions — so Dr. Ted looks at the whole picture rather than assuming NAD+ is the answer.
What does the evidence show, and what are the risks?
NAD+ plays an essential role in how cells produce energy and carry out repair processes. That biological role is different from a proven clinical result: NAD+ injections have not been established to slow or reverse human aging, and individual responses vary. Possible risks include injection-site discomfort, bruising or infection and other adverse reactions, which Dr. Ted discusses with you before you begin.
