What testosterone therapy costs at MMI.
Straightforward, published pricing from an independent, physician-owned practice.
$70 first month, then $140 per month
New patients starting TRT and men transferring their testosterone care pay $70 for the first month and $140 per month after that.
Laboratory testing is separate. Treatment requires physician evaluation.
Labs are separate
Five lab tests are available for $50, or you can use the laboratory you prefer. If you already have recent labs, bring them to your visit.
Ongoing physician access
Phone or in-person physician access is available upon request. If you miss your usual visit, our staff may reach out to help keep you on track.
Treatment depends on your evaluation
Pricing applies when treatment is medically appropriate. Dr. Mimlitz reviews your symptoms, history, goals and lab findings before recommending any care.
