MMI is an independent, physician-owned practice in St. Louis. You see the same physician for your evaluation and follow-up, with phone or in-person physician access upon request.

Bring your recent lab results and records from your current provider if you have them. They help Dr. Mimlitz understand your history. If you don't have recent labs, we can draw them, with results generally available the next morning.

Every transfer starts with an in-person evaluation. Dr. Mimlitz reviews your symptoms, history, goals and labs and decides what care is medically appropriate for you. Your current plan may continue, change or stop based on that review.

Men transferring their care pay $70 for the first month, then $140 per month. Laboratory testing is separate. Treatment requires physician evaluation.
